Prof. dr. sc. Zoran Vukic Curriculum Vitae Associate Professor at the Department of Control and Computer Engineering in Automation, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, Croatia. He received his Doctor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1989, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Zagreb. Between 1972 and 1976 he was research fellow at the Shipyard Association "Jadranbrod", Zagreb. Since 1976 he has been with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Zagreb. Between 1992 and 1996 he was Head of the Department of Control and Computer Engineering in Automation. During 1984 he specialized at the Royal Swedish Technology Institute (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden. During 1984/85, he was a Fulbright fellow at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, USA., while during 1985/86 he was adjunct professor and visiting lecturer of Electrical Engineering at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, USA. His research interest is the application of control theory to marine vehicles and marine systems. His specific interests have been adaptive control, robust control, identification, nonlinear control, intelligent and fault tolerant control. Member of professional societies: IEEE, IFAC, KoREMA; UNESCO expert in informatics and member of honour societies: Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kapa Nu. |
